  • Runs slightly large and wide to allow for easy entry and exit
  • Medium width feet: Size down 1/2 size for snug barefoot wear.
  • To wear with socks order your usual size.
  • Narrow feet: Size down one full size.
  • Wide feet: Size up one half size.
  • Slipper will loosen roughly 1/2 size with long term wear.

    Disappointed in sizing

    Fell in love with these slippers when I first saw the style, and really wanted them to work for me. I knew I was taking a chance because my feet/heels are narrowish, although I'm usually ok with a regular width shoe. My normal shoe size is a 9, which Nootkas maps to a 39, so I started there (even though I'd typically wear a European size 40). These were way too floppy, and the back kept slipping off my heel. I then sized down to a 38. These could have worked if it weren't for the sewn-on suede sole, which was definitely too short. And oddly, the heel still slipped. Reluctantly returned with my hopes dashed.

    Very nice

    I have ordered two pair of Nootkas, in two different sizes. I was trying to get a good fit. Unfortunately, my feet are true half-sized, so neither pair worked for me. Too bad, because I did like the slippers.

    Great slipper

    This is my 2nd pair of Nootka's now. They are comfortable once you wear them for a bit as they mold to your foot. They keep my feet warm and I really love their minimalism style look.

    !Really high quality slippers, great personalized customer service

    I love my Nootkas. They are so comfortable and warm and breathable all in one. They are constructed really well, with hand stitched suede soles attached to the felted wool uppers. They are easy to slide on and off, and they keep my feet warm even in the middle of a Utah winter. I'm not sure how they do it, but they also don't seem to get that funky foot smell that other slippers get. The real reason I would recommend Nootkas is their fantastic customer service. The first pair of slippers I ordered didn't fit, and I wasn't sure what the right size was to order. When I explained the situation, they actually sent me two other sizes to try and just said to send back the ones that didn't work. I don't think I've ever had a company do that before. And it was so much easier than going through the whole process twice. My correspondence was with a real person who was attentive and responsive. It was 100% awesome. So get yourself some of these slippers! And rest easy knowing they've got your back and will make it right if there are any issues.

    I bought the Newport style as a Christmas gift for my mom and she loves them, says they’re very comfortable and warm and she likes the non slip effect of the suede sole. They’re also so cute!
