  • Fit Guide
  • Runs slightly large and slightly wide.
  • For medium/average feet - size down 1/2 size for snug barefoot wear.
  • To wear with socks or for a medium/wide foot - order your usual size.
  • Narrow feet - size down one full size. Wide feet - size up one half size.
  • Slipper will loosen roughly 1/2 size with long term wear.
  • Best for: This slipper will fit best on a medium to medium/wide foot. Built with a generous toe box. Quiet steps for a sleeping grandbaby

My normal house shoes turned out to be too loud in a small house for my grandson. Your nootkas ones are soft and quiet.

    My feet love them

This is my third pair. I buy new every year. I wear nothing else in the house, on my feet. On cold days they keep me warm and on hot days they keep me cool. My feet never sweat in these slippers but they do in other brands.

    Almost There

The historical concept of these classic natural made fiber house slippers is very good. Bringing them into today’s world is refreshing …to find 100% natural products that are well-made to stand the test of time. A great find! The cost is a bit high, but I assume that these will last a long time (we shall see) and the quality of finish and craftsmanship is definitely there. Where there is a design flaw is on the shape of the opening of the shoe.. the front ‘vamp’ portion of the shoe is very high up and way too tight / too small cutting into the bridge of the foot : very uncomfortable and leaves deep marks. The size is perfect in terms of the inner sole, it’s just that they have not properly cut these for a proper comfortable fit of a lounging slipper. So, with a very sharp scissor, I was able to cut the front of them down at least an inch and open them up a little bit with some of my own design flare so they are now super comfortable. Maybe order one size up on these but still the vamp is too high and foot opening too tight and small. They need to work on the design and rename them ‘Nessa’ LOL.

    My second pair!

I loved my first pair too much and wore them out! Comfortable even in the summer months.

Order up one size for backless

I had Nootkas Newport with the backs and ordered the Astoria slippers. I would recommend ordering up one size for the slippers. They do ‘stretch’ a little or conform to the foot shape after wearing, but I think one size up would have been a positive. I love the slippers. I have sweaty feet and these can be worn day after day without odor.

    Silent but comfy - ha

These are so comfy. Warm when I need it but never hot. All my past slippers had a sole. With these I am consistently impressed by the utter silence. Ultra comfy Ninja slippers!!
    *spectacular customer service too!

    Fantastic Wonderful Comfy Warm

I will NEVER buy another brand of slippers. The quality of the workmanship is superior to any other I have ever owned. They are very comfortable and keep my feet perfectly warm. And, because wool is a natural fiber, your feet will never sweat.

    Well-made slippers.

These are a good choice for slippers to wear indoors only. I wanted something warm & my feet don't sweat. The only con is there's no support, so I wear cotton socks which helps give me some cushion on hard floors. I wear a 6-1/2 to 7 shoe & ordered size 37 which is a good fit with or without socks. Customer service gets an A+ for being very responsive & helpful. A trusted company!
