Care Guide

How to Care for Wool Slippers & Alpaca Socks

Natural fibers last longer and perform better with simple care. You don’t need to overthink it—just follow a few key guidelines to keep your slippers and socks looking and feeling great.

Wool Slippers

1

Spot clean when needed

Use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid soaking the slipper.

2

Air dry only

Never use a dryer or direct heat—this can shrink or damage the wool.

3

Let them breathe

Rotate pairs or leave them out overnight to keep them fresh.

Do

  • Clean lightly and occasionally
  • Let them air out regularly
  • Store in a dry place

Don’t

  • Machine wash
  • Put in the dryer
  • Fully soak in water

Alpaca Socks

1

Wash cold, gentle cycle

Turn inside out and use mild detergent.

2

Avoid heat

Lay flat or tumble dry low if needed.

3

Skip fabric softener

It can coat fibers and reduce performance.

Do

  • Wash in cold water
  • Use gentle detergent
  • Air dry for best results

Don’t

  • Use high heat
  • Bleach
  • Over-wash unnecessarily

Keep Them Comfortable Longer

Good care means better comfort, longer life, and fewer replacements.
