  • Returns and Exchanges

    To receive a different size or color, please select "Start a Return" and then Select "Replace with the same item". Exchange shipping is free for orders in the United States. Orders from Canada will be charged US$16.95. You will receive a pre-paid label, please be sure to follow all instructions. Your exchange will be processed when received and inspected at our warehouse.

    If you would like to exchange for a different product (different style slipper, socks, etc), please select store credit and use the store credit for your purchase.

    Each returned product will be subject to a $6.95 (Continental US) / $10.95 (Alaska and Hawaii) / US$16.95 (Canada) return shipping fee for a pre-paid label provided by Nootkas. Labels will be sent via email and must be printed. We are unable to send return labels via mail (USPS, UPS, etc) If you purchase postage on your own, you will not be charged the return shipping fee.

    You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to return an item. Products returned after 30 days will receive a store credit. In the case of gifts, we may extend this period at our discretion. The product must be unworn and in original condition. We suggest trying on your slippers and walking around on a carpeted area or rug to keep them clean. All returns and refunds are subject to inspection to determine if they are in original condition and are correct. If returned items are not received in original, re-sellable condition, an additional $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount (in addition to the return shipping cost).

    During the 2023 Holiday Season, any products purchased between Nov 1 and Dec 31, 2023 will have until Jan 31, 2024 to initiate a return or exchange.

    If an item was purchased with promotional pricing terms is returned, the amount refunded may be less than the amount paid under the promotion pricing terms. Here are some examples:
    • Buy One, Get X percent off the second item: If either item is returned, the price of the item that is kept will be equal to the non-sale price. The refund amount will be equal to the original price of the returned item minus the discount that was given (shipping costs may also not be refunded).
    • Add an Item and take a % off your entire order: If any part of qualifying order is returned, the order will no longer qualify for the promo pricing. The amount refunded will be equal to the original purchase price of the returned item reduced by the previously applied discount (shipping costs may also not be refunded).

    Please note: Our wool slippers are a handmade product. There will be some normal variations in workmanship.

    If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, you must email us within 5 days of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We offer a full warranty against manufacturers defects for normal use for 180 days. We cannot accept returns or refund requests for worn or used products that have sustained damage as a result of being worn outdoors or outside of normal use expectations.

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping fee for a pre-paid return label. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days of delivery at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.     Once your return is received, it will be inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please note: this timeline often depends on your credit card company. Gift card refunds are applied instantly and credited to the original gift card so that it may be reused. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
