Nootkas Shipping Policies for Orders
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be longer.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping Rates (U.S.):
- Standard (3–4 days): $4.95 on orders under $150
- Express (2 business days): $8.95
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150
- Alaska & Hawaii: $10.95
Please note: Orders that qualify for free shipping may still be subject to our Return Processing Fee if returned. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally only to Canada, and shipping is available on select products only (also available on Amazon.ca).
- Standard shipping (3–4 days): $16.95 USD
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections
- Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

How do I check the status of my order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days of your shipping confirmation, contact customerservice@nootkas.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less a $6.95 Return Processing Fee per returned item. This fee helps cover the costs of receiving, inspecting, processing, and restocking returned merchandise. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.
If your order arrives damaged, email customerservice@nootkas.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution. The Return Processing Fee is waived when the return is the result of a Nootkas shipping error, verified manufacturing defect, or item damaged in transit.
