    Orders are generally processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    During high volume periods, such as the holidays, processing times may be longer.


    For the continental United States, we offer standard (2-3 day) shipping at $4.95, and or orders over $100, we offer Free economy shipping.

    Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $10.95.


    We currently offer international shipping only to Canada, which can also be ordered on Amazon.ca. Standard shipping (3-4 days) to Canada is offered at US$16.95. Customs Inspection may add additional shipping time. Customer will be responsible for tax import duties. To get an estimate of Canadian import duties, please click here (opens external page).


    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@nootkas.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus a $4.95 shipping fee for a pre-paid return label. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@nootkas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
