Gift Exchange
If you are interested in a gift exchange, it can be done in two different ways ways:
Option A
The fastest way is for you to purchase the new pair directly from our store and then return the old pair.
Please use the following steps:
- Order your new size / color in the same style
- After you have received your new order confirmation, please visit our Returns Page
- Click on 'Start a Return' and use your new 4 digit order number along with the email address that was used to place the new order
- You will only be able to select the new pair for a return. This is OK, as we are just using this process to create a return label and identify your order for a refund
- Select "Gift Exchange" for return reason
- You will be emailed a pre-paid return label to return your gift
- Your new order will be refunded* when the exchanged item is received
* You will be refunded the lessor of either the full retail value of the original purchase or the price you paid for your exchange.
Option B
The other option is to send the gift back with one of our free pre-paid return labels. When your return is received and processed, we will issue you a gift card for the purchase price which you can then use to purchase the item of your choosing. Returns are shipped USPS ground, and they usually take about one week to arrive and issue your gift card.

- Original order number
- Gift giver's name and/or email address
We will provide you with a return label and issue a gift card upon receipt.
