Free Shipping: Standard delivery via USPS is Free within the contiguous lower 48 states. See below for more information. 

Free Returns: In most cases, shipping for returns and exchanges is provided Free of charge along with a pre-paid return label you can request and print at home.

To receive a prepaid return label:

For International returns (i.e. from outside the United States), the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable duties and/or taxes.

To be eligible to return a product:

The product must be unworn and in original condition.  All returns and refunds are subject to inspection to determine if they are in original condition and are correct. It must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached.  

Defective products: 

Please note: Our wool slippers are a handmade product. There will be some normal variations in workmanship. If you believe you received a damaged or defective product please email us immediately with photos of the damage. We offer a full warranty against manufacturers defects for normal use for 60 days. We cannot accept returns for worn or used products that have sustained damage as a result of being worn outdoors or outside of normal use expectations.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Nootkas ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Nootkas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Nootkas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S, however we may be able to accommodate international shipping to some countries for an additional fee . If you would like to inquire about international shipping rate, please contact us at customerservice@nootkas.com. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please note: this timeline often depends on your credit card company. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@nootkas.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please return the original item and purchase the new item.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
